Q: I ordered an ad on Realtor.com, now I need the ad designed. What should I send you?
A: Send us your photo, company logo, phone number(s) you would like featured in the ad, and any photos or other elements you want to include. Some element ideas are: beautiful photography of the interior or exterior of a home you've recently sold or scenic photography of the area.
Q: I don't have any scenic photography of my area, but it sounds like something I want in my ad. How do I find something like that?
A: All you have to do is describe the area to us, we have several sources for stock photography. Most of our sources offer such low prices that we typically do not increase your design charge for this service.
Q: I love the ad Loft·73 designed for me -- why don't you design Web sites for realtors?
A: We are working towards providing Web sites for realtors, however at this time we do not have the capabilities to pull listings into sites. Because this is a critical element to a Realtor Web site, we would not develop a site that truly met your needs. We are happy to send your ad and elements to the developer you choose. We are also happy to provide design assistance to the developer you choose for a fee.
Q: What is the best way to market a realtor?
A: Clients ask this question often! Different markets require different answers, you know your market best. Who is your target? Who are you speaking to? Tell me who your target is and we will develop an ad that zeros in on that audience.
There has been a trend toward "Community-Oriented" marketing. In this style of advertising, The area is promoted in the ad through scenic photography and text requesting the end-user to "Click here to learn more about ...... community."
Whether you would like to follow this trend, or make your own, I'm confident I can assist you with your design needs.
